Meet The Team

Nikky Deakin BSc. MRICS

Nikky has worked in both private practice and for one of the country’s major institutions, The Prudential, before coming back to Worcestershire to enjoy rural life and her passion for horses.

Working for “The Pru” gave Nikky an insight into active portfolio management ranging from small individual retail units to major shopping centres throughout the UK. A period in investment and development agency in private practice then followed, firstly in Manchester, and then in Birmingham, providing valuable experience in the other side of the profession. Nikky has managed a hotel and conference centre before returning to the profession and her love of property.

In her spare time Nikky can usually be found on her horse, whom she competes at dressage.

Isobel Needham BA (Hons)

Isobel grew up on a farm and has always loved country houses, from village cottages and old farmhouses to the modern new builds and how they fit into their surroundings. After graduating from university, she started working full time on her family farm.

Isobel was then given the opportunity to work at what was then, Gregson Page and Deakin, now Deakin & Co being involved in letting the properties she has always had a fondness for.

When out of the office Isobel can normally be found showing her award-winning cattle at local country shows.
